Insanity Asylum-The Package Has Arrived!

I decided that this summer I am going to take the 30 Day Insanity Asylum Challenge.  For a few weeks in May, I have been doing some of Insanity Asylum workouts with a co-worker who introduced me to it.  I had heard of Insanity and P90X, but never really knew or cared what it was.   After doing a few of the workouts with my work buddy, I started to get addicted to it and wanted more.  There were a few reasons for this, and the main being that the workout wasn't too long (typically about 45 minutes), it definitely wasn't boring, and I was getting results!  I decided that I was going to bite the bullet and order my own Insanity Asylum, and do the 30 day challenge on my summer break.

I ordered the Insanity Asylum Program from the official website (here).  Although it's not super cheap (costs about $100), I felt that it was totally worth it!!!  Oh and I am a cheapskate for sure!  For the money, you get 6 different workouts on DVDs and they are Speed and Agility, Vertical Plyo, Relief, Strength, Game Day, and Back To Core.  You also get an Athletic Performance Assessment DVD (you take it before you do the program and after to see how you have improved), and an Overtime DVD (this is a 15 minute workout that you can add to the end of any of the workouts if you are feeling a little crazy!) You also get an agility ladder, a speed rope (jump rope), a workout calendar, a step by step guide to how the program works, and a Nutrition Plan book with suggestions on how to eat and with some recipes.
