Well, I survived the first week of Insanity Asylum and didn't miss a workout.  A few things that I noticed: 1) I have never sweat so much in my life...and I am not a sweater!  2) I have never drank so much water in my life....I guess that goes hand in hand with the sweating   3) I am addicted to Asylum right now...I love how I feel after the workout is over.  Well here is a breakdown of the week.

The first seven days of Insanity Asylum workouts are:
Day 1: Speed & Agility
Day 2: Strength
Day 3: Back to Core
Day 4: Vertical Plyo
Day 5 Rest Day
Day 6: Speed & Agility
Day 7: Strength

Let me sum it up for you.  I love Speed & Agility and Back to Core.  I find them to be the easiest and that is why I love them.  Don't get me wrong, these are still pretty dang hard workouts, but relatively speaking, they are the easiest in my opinion.  Strength is sort of in the middle.  The killer for me this week was the Vertical Plyo workout.  In this workout you are basically jumping all over the place for a good 45 minutes.  Day 4 was Vertical Plyo, and Day 5 was a rest day.  I could barely move on Day 5 because my legs were so sore.  I can see why it's a rest day, since I could barely walk.  No pain, no gain...right???

So after week 1, I feel like I am seeing some results.  You won't see any "After" pics until the 30 days are up.
