Week 3 doing Insanity Asylum has come and gone! Still feeling addicted to it! Even when it's supposed to be a day off (Rest Day) or a day of Relief (Stretching), I feel like I still want to do one of the workouts. There has been a few rough days, such as Day 19 when I was slightly hungover and had to do Gameday plus Overtime. Not only is Gameday "killler" (My new favorite word as evidenced by the attached video), but adding another 15 minutes of Overtime to the already 60 minutes of Gameday was highly difficult on this such day! I did get through it though and felt
like I was gonna puke good when it was done. Still not eating and drinking like I want to be. Somedays when I get a good work out in, my brain tricks me into thinking I deserve a reward or something. This ends up being a
high calorie tasty beer or a bowl of ice cream. Not good! I will keep trying to improve on the diet! As you can see in the video, I've been having a post workout protein shake. These are really tasty and help me to recover a bit after a "killer" workout!
Day 15- Speed & Agility
Day 16- Vertical Plyo
Day 17- Strength
Day 18- Relief
Day 19- Gameday plus Overtime
Day 20- Vertical Plyo
Day 21- Back To Core
