Week 2-Insanity Asylum!

I just completed the 2nd week of Insanity Asylum and am happy to be about half way done.  The workouts are still very tough, but also super addicting!  There was a day or two that I really didn't want to do it, but I haven't missed a day yet.  Because it's summer time and I don't work in the summer, it's been tough to stick to a strict diet of eating healthy and not drinking to many adult beverages.  I need to work on that, otherwise I may not get the results I am working so hard for.  Either way, I feel amazing after each workout!


Day 8 through 14 look like this:

Day 8: Back To Core
Day 9: Vertical Plyo
Day 10: Relief (Stretching)
Day 11: Game Day
Day 12 Back To Core
Day 13: Strength
Day 14: Relief (Stretching)
